Shipping policy
Processing time
We process orders within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri), excluding weekends and national holidays.
Shipping destinations
We ship internationally. Available options and carriers depend on your destination and will always be shown at checkout.
Carriers
We work with DHL for shipping (service availability may vary by destination).
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and total shipment weight.
Most orders fall within our standard shipping tier (up to 2 kg) — which means that, in many cases, adding more items does not increase shipping.
Most orders that stay in the same tier (up to 2 kg) include:

4–5 kids t-shirts

1 cap + 2–3 adult t-shirts

1 cap + 3–4 kids t-shirts

2 sweatshirts

2 sweatshirts + 1 t-shirt

Mixed adult + kids orders (around 3–5 pieces total)
Shipping costs typically only increase once the order goes over 2 kg (or if the destination requires a different shipping service).
Note: Examples are estimates. Exact shipping cost depends on the final packed weight and destination — and is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times are estimates and start once your order is dispatched.

Rest of world: typically 6–10 business days
Customs processing, peak season, carrier delays, and remote areas can add extra time.
Tracking
Most shipments include DHL tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to start showing movement.
Customs, duties & taxes
For destinations outside the EU, your order may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility. If a parcel is refused due to customs fees, we may not be able to refund shipping costs.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If the address is incorrect or incomplete and the parcel is returned to us, we can reship it — shipping costs will apply again.

If the parcel is delivered to the address provided, we can’t take responsibility for address errors.
If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best, but we can’t guarantee changes once the order is processed.
Undelivered / returned parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to:

incomplete/incorrect address,

failed delivery attempts,
-
unclaimed pickup,
-
customs refusal,
we can either reship (new shipping charge applies) or refund the items (excluding original shipping).
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery to info@contrast.pt with:

photos of the issue (and packaging, if relevant)
We’ll sort it quickly and fairly.
